I recieved my real estate licence in November 2004, and have been affiliated with ERA Martin Associates ever since.
In January 2009, I recieved my real estate brokers license. I am now an Associate Broker with ERA Martin Associates, and the Broker of Investment Properties Management, our in-house residential rental and referral company.
In 2009, I completed my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. In 2010, I completed my SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) designation. I am also a CFA (Certified Foreclosure Agent).
