Randy Poll

Originally from Grand Rapids, Randy is in his Eight year in Real Estate, and has lived in the Newaygo area for 12 years. Randy has earned Top Listing and Sales agent for his office several times, Top Office Producer for 2004 thru 2008, and has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Randy lists and sells properties from Hastings to Hesperia. "I am not afraid to go the extra mile, (or drive the extra mile) to ensure my clients are served to the best of my ability.” Randy has been a Multi-Million Dollar per year producer, on a pace to close over 40 transactions in 2009.

Randy is highly involved with Board and Committee work in both the West Central and Grand Rapids Boards and was elected to the Board of Directors for the West Central Association of Realtors in 2008, and is President-Elect to serve as President in 2010.

Randy has earned the SRES and ABR Professional Designations, as well as the “At Home with Diversity” Certification. As an SRES, (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), Randy has specialized training and experience in dealing with the special needs and challenges that face today's senior home buyers and sellers. As an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), Randy has the training and practical experience to better represent buyers. Only about 2,000 of Michigan's 44,000 REALTOR's have earned this designation. “Education is important to me, so I am always working towards another goal in that area”.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

When not engaged in the buying and selling of real estate, Randy is involved volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the National Wild Turkey Federation, is a member of Gideon’s International. Randy is also the incoming president for 2010, for the West Central Association of Realtors.
