Tonya Coffman

I have been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1981. After living out of state for several years, I re-activated my license in 1997 with Prudential Alliance Realty in Edmond, Oklahoma. On January 5, 2009, I moved my affiliation to Churchill-Brown & Assoc. Realtors. I had the honor of being named Most Cooperative Realtor by my Board in 2004, and was elected President of the Edmond Board in 2005. At our Awards Banquet in December of '07, I was chosen Edmond Realtor of the Year for 2007 by my fellow Real Estate professionals. I was also nominated for the cover and feature article in the Oklahoma Broker/Associate Magazine for their April, 2008 issue. After working in the Oklahoma City area for 12 1/2 years, I feel very knowledgeable about the area, especially Edmond, Deer Creek, and Oklahoma City. I enjoy working with people who are relocating to this area because of my own experiences in relocating around the country, and I very much enjoy working with first-time buyers because they are always so excited to be making their first home purchase.

I have certifications in both Destination and Marketing of Relocation property. I am also a certified New Home Sales Professtional, and I have my ePro designation.
