Point2 Agent Message Board User Agreement

Terms of Use

This message board is an information and interactive service provided by Point2 Technologies Inc. (“Point2”) at no charge to Point2 Agent message board members (“Member(s)”), with the express condition that Members agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Point2 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice to Members. Use of the message board constitutes Member’s acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions, in their current form or as modified.

Posting Guidelines

The purpose of the Point2 Agent Message Board is to promote the exchange of information and ideas between members of the Point2 Agent Community. Acceptable and desired use of the board includes:

Identifying and discussing ways to leverage the system for the betterment of each others businesses.
Posing and answering general questions regarding the use of the Agent system.
Providing "constructive" criticism to each other and to Point2.

This is a moderated discussion board and as such, posts will be deleted that infringe this Agreement.

Members that infringe upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement may lose their privilege to utilize the message board services. Said loss of privilege shall be determined by Point2.

Registered User Conduct

All information, data, text, photographs, graphics or other materials (“Content”) posted to the message board are the sole responsibility of the Member from which such content originated. Member bears all risks and liabilities for all Content uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the message board by Member. Member agrees not to use the message board to:

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. (Posting the same note more than once can be considered "spam" or "spamming");
upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is malicious, slanderous, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
impersonate any person or entity;
forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
"stalk" or otherwise harass another;
harvest or otherwise collect or store personal data about other users; or
