What is it?

Courtesy of your MLS/Association and Point2, your listings will be automatically syndicated and advertised on over 50 websites for free.

What do I get?

Every member of your MLS/Association with active listings will receive a free Point2 Account from which you can access your own personalized Syndication Dashboard. The traffic and leads generated from listing syndication will be sent right back to you, free of charge.

About the Syndication Dashboard

Your Syndication Dashboard is the 'control panel' for managing your own syndication preferences. From here you can choose which partners your listings are sent to, as well as access reports on your listing performance.

How Do I Participate?

For your listings to be syndicated, the Broker of Record must activate their Syndication Dashboard and 'turn on' the syndication partners. Once this occurs, your listings will begin syndicating to all of the partners they have selected.

You maintain complete control over where your listings are advertised. Your Syndication Dashboard is where you can go to manage the partners and turn off any specific parter sites you'd rather not advertise on. You can access your Syndication Dashboard at any time to make changes to your preferences found by clicking the 'Syndication' button.

All statistics and prospects generated by your listings are sent to you by email once you activate your Syndication Dashboard.
