2. We Perform Data Mapping
Point2 will ‘transform’ your listing data feed into the requisite formats to prepare it for syndication to the entire 35+ partner Point2 syndication network. We might have a few technical questions for you, but otherwise, during this portion of the rollout, we’ll do the heavy lifting.
3. When you are Ready, Syndication Begins
Our Rollout Team will plan a syndication launch around your preferences and will tailor it to suit your needs. When Launch Day comes, your members’ listings will be sent to dozens of real estate marketplaces without any manual re-entry!
4. We Provide Comprehensive Training and Support
Point2 has a dedicated in-house Education Team to help ensure a smooth transition and to provide any training you might require. These resources, as well as our crack Customer Care support team, are provided free of charge.
5. Brokers Always Retain Control
Syndication remains under the broker’s complete control. A single click is all it takes for the broker to opt out of syndication to a particular partner, or to opt out of syndication to all partners, via the free dashboard that Point2 provides to every one of your brokers and agents.
